lbaji Terms & Conditions

1.1 By accessing the lbaji website at lbaji.vip, creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet through the lbaji platform, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the lbaji platform and close your account.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lbaji ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). 8.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the account has been closed as a result of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, in which case lbaji reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

8.3 Survival of Clauses. The following provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of a player's account and continue to bind both parties: Clause 4 (Deposits & Withdrawals, to the extent of outstanding transactions), Clause 6 (Game Rules, in respect of any bets placed before termination), and any provision relating to limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.

8.4 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lbaji's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the lbaji platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. lbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
